To make a new booking or alter an existing booking you can speak directly with our Australian-based Reservations Team who are available daily between 8:00am to 8:00pm AEDT (public holidays 9:00am – 6:00pm).

Guests who have booked through a travel agency or third-party website must contact these companies directly to make any amendments or cancellations to their reservations.
